Lucerne Residence is modern residence developed by Daniel Marshall Architects in Orakei Basin, Auckland. Orakei Basin is 1 of the volcanoes in the Auckland Volcanic Field which soon after final eruption about 85,000 years ago became a freshwater lake. Quite cool place for a property, appropriate?

Apart from actually sitting on a volcano, yet another cause I like this property is due to the fact it has style. It is sophisticated, minimalist, with perfect mixture of darker and lighter colors. I called it “property for modern gentleman” due to the fact of that exact elegance and style this modern home has. Yeah, and that classic German vehicle aids too, right? The home reminds me on this modern residence in Venice.

Interior are gorgeous as properly. Really elegant, clean decor. Open floor program layout tends to make it modern, properly lit and connected. Marble kitchen island gives dose of luxury and just bolds that elegance. I also enjoy this dark modern furniture. Exterior facade is also quite distinctive. Everything is created to send a message “these men and women have style”. Do you agree?
